We have three small apple trees behind our house. June through September attracts the local bears for an easy feast. This guy shows scars and resolve at maintaining possession of a "golden delicious" snack. I have removed the window screen from the room closest to the trees. By sliding down the sash I can get shots safely and avoid a trip to the emergency room.
