The wedding day arrives as a happy day for the bride and groom. For the mother, it's a day of mixed emotions. She remembers her own joyous wedding day, but also contemplates, with a little sadness letting go of her child, now grown, praying for a future of happiness and love.

Shot with a Nikon D3200 camera and a Tamron 18-270mm lens @ 42mm. I processed the photo to give it an oil paint effect. I find this type of photo works well printed on a matte paper or on canvas.
