I had hiked up Mount Fitz Roy in Patagonia on the Chile/Argentina border the afternoon before. It was raining and the mountain was completely shrouded in clouds. When I woke up the next morning and looked out of my tent, the view had cleared; I experienced Fitz Roy in all of its grandeur and had a deeply spiritual experience.
