This is the "super Moon" of August, 2013 when it rose over Erie Canal Lock 32 in Pittsford, New York.

The original images were two shots at different focus settings, edited in Adobe Camera Raw. They were loaded into layers in Photoshop CC and aligned, then blended for the sharp areas in each.
