One of the easiest hikes with on elf the best rewards is the hike to Mendenhall Lake outside of Juneau, Alaska. The 2.5 mile round trip hike to the shore of the lake offers a great views of the termination of the 13 mile long Mendenhall Glacier, icebergs in the lake and the 377 foot drop of Nugget Falls on its shore. It is a win, win, win for photographers!
