We took a ferry from the mainland out to Martha's Vineyard in the morning, then toured Martha's Vineyard by bus and the lighthouse was one of the stops along the way. It's a beautiful lighthouse, high on a cliff overlooking the ocean. We were told that the cliff was eroding and the lighthouse would have to be moved inland a bit. I took many photos in order to get the white light shining in the photo. I also have a photo of the red light shining in the photo. My camera is a Sony A290, the lens a Minolta/Sony 75-300 mm. The shot was taken at ISO 100, 150 mm, f 10, at 1/320 seconds.
