I once did a solo road trip around Lesotho - just me and a little Ford Figo driving through the stunning Mountain Kingdom. Drive through the Drakensberg and you’ll pass villages of dome-shaped houses, boys herding flocks of sheep and men riding ponies wrapped in traditional Basotho blankets.
I stopped some way north east of Katse, when these two men approached by horseback from the opposite direction. We couldn't really chat, but they were amused to see me, and happy to pose for a photograph.
