This uncommon view of the Louvre courtyard, Paris, was not taken with a drone, but rather from the top of a Ferris wheel ride in the nearby Tuileries Gardens. The Ferris wheel is moved to different places during the year. So, clearly, being in the right place at the right time can’t be beat. The photo was taken with a Nikon D80 and a Nikkor 18-200 mm VR lens at 170 mm and an exposure of f/11 and 1/320 sec (ISO 400).
