The juxtaposition of the oldest and the newest structures at the Louvre in Paris is a classic travel photo. However most visitors’ photos at this site are made from the courtyard entry level. For a different viewpoint, I shot this scene through a closed (but clean) window of an upper-story gallery. The camera was a Nikon D750 with a Nikkor 24-85 mm VR lens at 24 mm.
