A large wing of rock in the Ah-shi-sle-pah Wilderness in northwestern New Mexico. It's a 3-mile cross-country hike to the site. I hiked out in the evening, but thehike was harder than I anticipated, arrived after dark, and set up the tent near the King. It was a long, windy, and cloudy night, and I thought all hope was lost for a good picture, but luck was with me and a nice sunrise happened through the breaking clouds.
