We would often pass by this house on the way to one of our favorite restaurants in the small city of Atyrau, Kazakhstan. I decided to return early on a Sunday morning to capture some of the interesting detail in the weathered look of the painted wood and windows. Not long after I made this photo the house was repainted and the look changed dramatically.
Nikon D800 with Nikkor 70-200 f/2.8 set at 1/2000 sec and f/7.1, 70 mm focal length, ISO 400 and was hand held.
