India has complete 257.5 MW national solar task
According to the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) revealed the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission (JNNSM) initiative of the first batch of the first phase of the program, has completed a 255MW photovoltaic power generation capacity and 2.5MW concentrating solar thermal power generation installation (CPS). The JNNSM will also continue to build the program 38MW photovoltaic installation and 497.5MW the CPS installation.
125MW are 25 large photovoltaic system in all of the installed capacity of 255MW photovoltaic the 82MW belong to RPSSGP, remaining 48MW are JNNSM migration plan. The slow progress in CPS, originally planned 500MW installed only completed a 2.5MW.
IREDA also revealed that 16 projects nationwide data on plant load factors (PLFs). India currently has a photovoltaic power generation capacity of more than 1000MW, most of which are installed in support of government initiatives and private sector funds over the past 12 months.
