This micrograph is a demonstration that hydrophobic fat is emulsified by alcohol.... which means I mixed some rum, oil, and water together. The oil rolls up into little balls trying to stay away from the water. The alcohol is forcing the two to mix around each other. I used was the Canon 5D Mark II mounted on top of a Nikon microscope with an objective of 5x optical magnification.
