This was taken at Hesperia Lake, Hesperia California with Nikon D300 and Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 at 1/8000 sec. ISO-320 -0.3 Step Exposure Bias at 150mm f/3.2 handheld. In order to get this shot I was laying on the ground at the waters edge with the camera and lens hanging over the water.
