I photographed an event at the Hensley Settlement in the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park for the NPS recently. Lucas is a NPS employee who portrayed one of the people buried in the Hensley Settlement. He spoke on how many were buried here and who was buried here. To close his talk to the public he uncovered a child's casket (most of the cemetery holds children) and sang a song over it. The thick fog had came in and really added to what Lucas was portraying.
