This image was taken at sunset, in Monument Valley, when the color in the sky was amazing. Behind me the sun was setting, lighting up the buttes and mesas with dramatic light, but in front of me stood the Mittens...what more could one ask? This area of the country can be simply breathtaking when the light and land are lit at dawn and dusk.
