As scary as it looks, the Green Iguana is a beautiful reptile with extreme coloration and skin pattern growing up to three feet or more. This is one of many creatures found in Fort Lauderdale, Florida nowadays after a strong reproduction cycle starting in the last decade or so. You may find them walking next to you, perched on trees, or basking in the sun on very hot days with 90 to 100 degrees. This Green Iguana was roaming around inside the park at Flamingo Gardens in Davie, Florida.
