I took this in daylight but under exposed it in post-processing to give the appearance of a moonlit night. The architecture of the Old Washington State Capitol in B/W gave the feeling of medieval castle. I used a Nikon D800 with a Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 lens, ISO 1600, f/8.0, 1/4000 sec.
