This location would fall in the category of local travel for us. It is known as Poo Poo Point and is a 7 mile round trip, 1800 foot elevation gain hike. At the top is the local favorite location for paragliding. The view is quite spectacular. Many people hike to this location to watch the paragliders and some hike to jump off and fly away on their paraglider. On warm spring and summer afternoon there are likely to be many people watching and flying, filling the sky with bright colors.
