I was on my way to Ouray, Colorado, sick as a dog to shoot my last wedding of the season. New to wedding photography, this year had taken everything I had and then some. As the sun started to set, I passed by this pond and just had to stop. The heron appeared and I was in awe. Taken with a Canon Mark IV and Sigma 70-200 lens at f 3.5 1/320 sec iso 1000.
