Five nectaries at base of a small bell-shaped flower. Stigma and stamens removed to reveal the exquisite spiral lines. Flower was shot in a black box with a high-powered flashlight 360 degree painting at the base of the flower lit the interior. Equipment: Nikon D800, Sigma 105mm 2.8, extension tubes, Manfrotto tri w/RRS head. ISO 100, f/32.0, 15 sec.
