Our first trip to Finland, took us to Rovaneimi and the Artic Circle. Our long time friend had invited us, and took us all over the beautiful lands of Finland. As we drove to Northern Finland, along the roads were many wild reindeer. We never imagined we'd see so many! Our friend told us of a tale which told about the luck of seeing a white reindeer. One of our first sightings was this pair, just off the road. We were sure they'd run off while we'd stopped and grabbed the cameras from the trunk. We were lucky to have this brief moment with the elusive white reindeer. We will treasure this memory, as we'd never expected to see one!
