Docked in Cozumel, Mexico, on a Caribbean cruise in December 2013, I looked down from our balcony and saw this scene. There was a lot going on around the dock, but for a moment the area was clear, and the message "Do Not Cross the Red Line" was striking in its contrast with the blue of the sea.
