I took this photo on a freezing winter day on the beach in Maine. I thought the contrast of the sand with the water and sky would make a great long exposure.
I took the picture on a Canon 6D with the 24-105mm f/4 lens. I also used a 6-stop ND filter. The photo was taken with 1/2 sec shutter speed at f/16. I zoomed the lens as I took the photo to get the converging blur to the center.
