This image was taken August 4, 2011, at sunrise in the Virginia countryside near the Blue Ridge Parkway. I used a Nikon D700 camera with a 24-120mm Nikkor zoom lens. Exposure was 1250 F6.3 and ISO 2000 hand held. A sunrise walk proved successful.
