I first took this shot in spring 2011, when I was just learning to use my camera. At the time I wondered what the scene would look like in the fall. In 2014 I returned to Capitol Reef National Park and found the same scene, this time exploding with fall color. Gear: Canon 5D MkIII, tripod, polarizer, 24-105mm lens, ISO 100, f9, 45mm, 1/30 sec.
