I was on a recent trip up the Oregon coast into Washington, and one of my goals was to get a good shot of the Astoria-Megler bridge. This bridge is difficult to photograph, as it is so long and a good angle is not easy to find. I liked this composition as it shows both the State of Oregon in the foreground and the State of Washington in the background, with the bridge connecting both States, crossing the Columbia River.
