This cliff dive ceremony at sunset is a nightly ritual at Black Rock in Maui, Hawaii. Shot with a Nikon D7000 and a Nikkor 70-300mm VR zoom lens set at 110mm, f5.6 @ 1/500 hand held, ISO 2000, center-weighted in manual mode. Had a chance to practice to get the settings just right when kids were jumping off prior to the actual dive.
