This fellow, landed on the back of my shooting hand, when I was shooting some flowers.
I switched the camera to the other hand, I held him up to the sky, and caught him looking right at the lens, I cloned a little clouds to simi-hide the back of my hand. You can see it if you look close.

I Apologize to the two gentlemen, me assuming, they were the same person was wrong.

:) I skipped this yesterday HonestJohn, took me a second what or who you were responding to. Me? I "did" use two accounts S2WILLIAMS and $TYLEPHOTO, but pretty much killed the first of the two. The rating is a good one H.J., I let this image slide yesterday because your story somewhat added points to the rating and it's not a very clear shot of a praying mantis.
I encourage people to rate and not just review photo's politely by clicking the next one instead of rating. You too H.J. IP address for posting would be a treat and is listed to admins on this site but not viewers. So, moral of the story is, this site uses PhotoPost software and as a moderator on another site that uses the same, I know the IP trail thats left by every user and would be making a fool out of myself for coming in as someone else. I'm $tylePhoto, and I rate photo's for what they are! Except this one of course.... :)
Mind if I put up a praying mantis?

Hi, my vote is nothing personal (I agree with most of your comments on other people's photos), so I'll explain it.

The praying mantis is blurred plus it looks like the antennae have been cropped off (they are usually a bit longer, so it looks like he's been cut off too much). A little too much photoshop for my tastes, sorry...just too contrived in my opinion. (What would a praying mantis be doing on a cloud? Do all mantises go to heaven, LOL?) Besides, the photoshop "cut" halo around the mantis is a little too obvious, particularly around the cut-off antennae.

I thought given your statement below that you deserved an explanation. My apologies...I thought "quick vote" just registered the vote without needing a post. My mistake, I'm new. :) And I am definitely NOT $tyle and I don't appreciate being compared to him. I'm not going to leave condescending posts devoid of constructive opinion on people's photos, just rate them, that's all. :)
