Was visiting Rutgers Gardens in New Brunswick with a new friend to take pictures of flowers and anything else of interest. This was in May 2015. Taken with Canos EOS 70D, Sigma 18mm-300mm @ 150mm, f18, 1/256 second, ISO 640, + 1/3 exp. compensation. Converted to black and white and adjusted in Nik Silver Efex Pro2.
Originally converted to black and white for a competition in my camera club, Ocean County Camera Club, of which I have been a member for about 9 years. This is a 40 year hobby. Recommended by my doctor as a way to relax. Been doing it ever since. Do not have an online presence. Donate my work to charities or gifts to family members.
