Bryce Canyon. In our two years of living in Utah this was the last national park we visited. I was not anxious to go and only the persistence of my wife and my birthday persuaded me to go. As soon as I saw it with my own eyes I realized just how special this place is. The hoodoos, ancient structures dominated the park. The light and the snow just added to the sense of being somewhere and witnessing something different. This image taken on the Navajo Trail in the evening captures, for me the essence of what Bryce has to offer. This is truly Bryce Unleashed.
