I took this shot with the help of my step son Ethan when he was 8 (so 3 years ago). I wanted to get him into photography, so I took him out late at night near the longest foot bridge o n the Appalachian Trail. This bridge was a train bridge that ran parallel to that foot bridge in Big Island, VA. I thought he would enjoy light painting, which he did. I got my camera set up and handed him a high powered flash light and I grabbed one. When I said go we would turn them on and go over the areas in darkness with our flash lights. After a couple of hours I had him doing a pretty good job and we came away with this image.
