This view is in the pergola of the formal garden of the Swannanoa mansion atop Afton Mountain in the Blue Ridge near Waynesboro, VA. The trees behind the woman in blue resemble a spider web to the camera (hence the appellation Blue Widow).

Post processing included contrast and lightness adjustments, and an artificial zoom blur to accentuate the sunlight.
