My Fathers Day gift was a full day out on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I decided I wanted to do a sunset at Waterrock Knob, when we got there though you could not find a parking space. I decided to go down about a half mile to the Woolyback Overlook. We ended up having this spot all to ourselves. It had pretty much the same view, just none of the crowd. As the sun started to set it illuminated the sky to where it seem to catch fire, then faded to beautiful pink hues.
