My buddy Toribio and I started hiking at 2 am along the Appalachian Trail to take in a sunrise at Charlies Bunion. When we got there Torbio started walking around, he came back and asked me if I could take some shots of him from the side. I went over to the place he had in mind, it was a nice angle. After I took the tight shot he wanted I decide to go wide and get the rocky cliffs in. The blue tones worked so well and this ended up being my favorite shot of him on the trip.
