It was Spring of 2017 and time to check off another bucket list item. So, my wife and I took a month to visit Portugal and Spain. One of my goals was to shoot old architecture with windows & doors being one of my favorite elements. This was one of my favorite shots taken as we lost ourselves walking the streets of Lisbon. I used my Nikon D800 for most shots with my Nikkor 28-300mm as my walk around, go to lens. Handheld with no flash and was able to capture just enough detail behind the door to pique one's curiosity...
