A steady rain had been falling all day. I donned my waders and headed up to Hyalite Creek south of Bozeman, Montana to capture some fall colors. As I drove up the canyon, I notice a bright flash of white amidst the reds and yellows of fall. Could it be flowers? I pushed through the dense foliage on the bank and waded across the stream to these daisies. I sat right in the river and composed this shot while holding an umbrella to keep the lens dry. I do love a rainy day!
