I wanted to create something different then a traditional picture of a flower. I position the tulip against a white countertop for the background and used the countertops overhead light for lighting and used an old magnify glass to add the detail around the tulip. I shot this using my Nikon D3300 and a 50mm lens. Settings - ISO 3200 -f5.6 - 1/400th sec.
