Arrested!
Late one night I ventured out on Times Square and within a few minutes saw this individual being arrested and handcuffed. The police ushered me away before I was able to determine the alleged offense. The image was captured using a Nikon D200 and a Nikkor 18-35mm lens (24mm), at f/4.5 for 1/60th of a second at ISO 500.
