This male great ape was just sitting and contemplating life, he was holding this piece of wood in his hands and kind of rubbing it as he sat there. It was kind of a special moment. I cropped in on his hands only and some minor adjustment to the photo in Photoshop. I don't remember the camera settings, I used my Canon 20D camera.
