Pigeons and Doves were used to send notes, messages, and orders from one place to another in ancient times. Even in the Mughal era, we can read about the usage of common pigeons for this task.
My goal was to show the importance of such a common bird which has been co-existing with us everywhere, in a grand way. And Fatehpur gave me the chance to showcase their royal extravaganza. The taste of the ancient walls, rusty lanterns with royal designs has turned into a throne of the messenger in line.
