The Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia was home to none other than Al Capone, though his stay was brief. He was allowed to fill his cell with more creature comforts than typical inmates, including fine furniture, oriental rugs, oil paintings and a radio. Today, the juxtaposition of an abandoned and decaying cell with the fine decor provides an interesting contrast.
