This is a macro shot of a microscope slide. The slide is a chick embryo that developed for only 96 hours before being preserved. The slide mount was so huge that it ended up being more interesting when viewed in its entirety as opposed to microscopically. I used the Canon 65mm macro lens and Rebel XS on top of a light table. 1/40 sec; f/2.8; ISO 100
