A graduate of Northwestern Michigan College with degrees in fine art and
visual communication, Laurie is a senior at Kendall and will begin the
masters program upon graduation. “I’ll probably do portraiture
and work in a studio,” she says, “but what I’d really
like to do is fine art photography and enter my work in competitions and
see it used for cards and calendars.” With her background and education,
she also sees the possibility of combining graphic design and photography
to deliver a complete package for commercial clients.
