February 2, 2006 — ATP Electronics Inc. recently unveiled the ProMax line of high-performance CompactFlash memory cards, designed for use with the latest high-resolution digital SLRs. Boasting a speed rating of 150X, the water- and shock-resistant ProMax CF cards feature a 30MB/s data transfer speed for rapid file transfers and seamless multimedia streaming.

These high-speed cards are ideal for use with digital cameras that capture video in addition to digital still images because they can keep up with a camera's video recording mode as well as the continuous mode when shooting still images.

Like ATP's other flash card products, the ProMax cards feature protection from water, dust, ESD (electro-static discharge), and extreme temperatures.
