I was so excited to discover this view when in Brasov last week. Is taken behind the Brasov sign (like the Hollywood one in California), from the Tâmpa Hill. Actually, i went to Tâmpa because i was forced to spend another night in Brasov returning from Sighisoara (bus schedule problems). And wanted to make the best of it.
